In the HV Gallery, Advanced Textile Handicraft Diploma year 1 (Htu1) shows an investigative work in the technology elemental form in the form of "Furoshiki" (the art of winding with fabric) using test weaving and discussion forums as a method. The word ikat comes from the Indonesian word "Mengikat""to associate" or "to bind". The Japanese word Kasuri comes from the verb Kasureru which means "blur".
In the same room, Advanced Textile Handicraft Diploma year 2 simultaneously exhibits its external project; a collaboration with the weaving industry, which resulted in metered products inspired by "public transport".
Experimental embroidery, sewing, weaving and portfolios are also presented in the classrooms.
